“By attending this event, you are attesting you are generally in good health (not displaying any symptoms of COVID, such as fever or body aches, and have not been in close contact which would require CDC-recommended quarantine). Additionally, you understand that even with wearing a face covering and by practicing responsible social distancing, there are still chances of potentially being exposed to the COVID-19 virus. Furthermore, you fully acknowledge the liability associated with those risks lies with you. If you cannot, in good conscience, attest to your general well-being and/or if you do not wish to accept the possible risks, you are advised not to enter the event venue and/or strongly urged to depart the premises. You hereby release, waive and forever discharge PointBank of any and all liability.”
